Indian dance classes beginners men and women from 13 years on: students with min. 1 year Bollywood or more years of experience in dance.
We offer recreational and technical classes focused on :
- fun and joy
- deepening the gestures of hands and feet, body posture, gaze and facial expressions
- learning one or two sparkling choreographies, with medium level of difficulty
- group work
Indian dance classes : for men or women ?
For both! In films, choreographies are often built around colorful stories involving the two genres. Our classes are therefore aimed at both women and men.
Is there an age to learn Indian dance ?
We teach children from 3 years old on with a creative approach to dance. For adults, there are no limits; our classes are composed of people of very different ages. It is never too late to start, as long as dancing is fun and brings you happiness.
Is it possible to come irregularly and without participating to the show?
On Saturday, it is possible to attend BOLLYWOOD FEVER, with a child min. 6 years. This class is for people who want to dance Bollywood 35 minutes non-stop on the rhythm of songs from diverse style, and finish the class with a small choreography and a nice stretch. No show by the end of year, just the pleasure of dancing and exerting yourself.
What to wear during the class?
Indian dance is practiced barefeet. Bring an ample outfit in which you feel comfortable. If you have an Indian tunic, it is the perfect opportunity to wear it !
