Bollywood & Indian Dance Classes in Brussels and Namur

Dive into the dazzling world of Bollywood and let yourself be swept away by the energy, grace, and joy of Indian dance!

Bollywood dance comes from the movie scene of India, in particular Mumbai (formerly Bombay). It is an expressive and colorful style, inspired by classical Indian dances (Kathak, BharataNatyam, Odissi...) and Indian folk dances (Garba, Bhangra, Kalbeliya...), while opening up to other influences like hip-hop, bellydance, contemporary, etc. It is as much for men as for women.

We offer fun and technical Bollywood & Indian dance classes focused on:

• joyful movement and self-expression
• hand gestures (mudras), footwork, posture, gaze, and facial expressions
• learning lively choreographies, with the opportunity to perform them during the end-of-year show held every two years
• group work
• muscle strengthening and flexibility

• BRUSSELS: Poseidon - Avenue des Vaillants 2 - 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert (map).
  The Poseidon sports complex is currently undergoing renovations. In the meantime, classes will be held at an alternative location in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert. Please check your emails a few days before the first class to confirm the exact address.
