Workshops terms - Indian Masala Weekend

Article 1: REGISTRATION AT WORKSHOPS

Registration for each workshop is mandatory. As the number of places for each workshop is limited, registrations are processed according to the date of receipt of the registration and the payment for paying workshop. Each registration means the acknowledgment of these rules.

Article 2: PAYMENT OF WORKSHOPS

A. Any registration is validated by the full payment of the workshop to ensure the maintenance of it.

B. The registration is paid by bank transfer to the account on the following Fortis account:

Communication: Name + first name + workshop Indian Masala Weekend
If a payment is made within 3 days before the workshop, the participant must provide proof of payment on the day of the workshop.

C. A cash payment will only be accepted if the participant registers on the day of the workshop (subject to tickets available ). A previous registration must be validated by a bank transfer.

Article 3: CANCELLATION

Payment is a firm and final commitment and can not be canceled. In the event of withdrawal, the participant will not be able to claim the reimbursement of the workshop except in case of illness justified by a medical certificate on the date of the workshop.
Tala & Nritya and Pianofabriek reserve the right to cancel an workshop up to 2 days before the scheduled workshop date in case of force majeure forcing the teacher to cancel. In this case, the participant will be fully refunded the registration fee. Tala & Nritya and Pianofabriek can not be held responsible for any other damage related to this cancellation.
 

Article 4: PROGRESS OF WORKSHOP

Each workshop takes place according to the organization of the professor.
Each participant agrees to arrive a little before the start of the workshop so that the teacher can start on time. The changing rooms are accessible from 20 minutes before the beginning of the class. Any delay must be communicated as soon as possible to the organizer by phone. In case of delay, the class can not be extended beyond the scheduled end time.

Article 5: RESPONSIBILITY

Pianofabriek ensures that each class room used for the dance class has all the security elements to welcome the desired number of people, as well as the technical equipment needed to broadcast music. Each participant ensures a respectful attitude toward the teacher and other participants in the class. S.he also agrees to respect the material provided by the organizer (sound, dance equipment, etc.) and to ensure the cleanliness of the class rooms (dance studio or changing room). In case of total or partial destruction of this one, the student guarantees personally the full refund of the expenses of repair or replacement of the material. Each participant agrees to inform the organizer of the class and the professor beforehand about any medical concerns. If s.he is not a member of Tala & Nritya asbl, the participant is responsible for his own insurance; Tala & Nritya and Pianofabriek decline all responsibility in case of personal injury, except if it is directly caused by the teacher or a member of the association. Each participant takes care of his belongings; Tala & Nritya and Pianofabriek decline any responsibility in case of theft or deterioration thereof. 

Article 6: RIGHT TO IMAGE 

By this registration, each participant or legal representative of participants under 18 years of age authorizes Tala & Nritya, Pianofabriek and Indian Confluence to take photos and videos during the workshop, as part of the promotion and dissemination of their activities: - on the website of these organisations / the guest professor - on any social network - flyers / posters - in interested media such as television, web television, documentaries, etc. Tala & Nritya, Pianofabriek and Indian Confluence undertake that the dissemination of the image of each participant is non-commercial and does not damage its reputation. However, if the participant wishes not to appear on the photos, s.he must mention it before the class to the organizer of the class or let us know via the contact form.

Article 7: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The choreographies learned at the classes remain the property of the dance teacher and can not be presented to an external audience without the teacher's prior consent.

 
Article 8: MISCELLANEOUS 

The organizer of the class gives her.himself the right to refuse without justification the access to the class to a person if this one undermines the respect established by the school. In this case, the participant can not claim the reimbursement of the workshop.
By registering for a workshop, each participant authorizes Tala & Nritya to add their personal data in their database in order to inform the participant of the future activities of the association; unless the participant objects. The personal data of the participants are not communicated to third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link at the end of each newsletter. Your data is never transmitted to third parties.
A certificate of participation / invoice delivered after the workshop can be requested on request by email to the organizer of the workshop.
