Conditions participation open stage - Indian Masala Weekend

PARTICIPANT: each participant in the open stage

 
Article 1: REGISTRATION TO THE OPEN SCENE

Registration to the open stage is mandatory; the number of passage being limited. The maximum number of participants per group is 6 people.
Each registration signifies recognition of these rules.

 

Article 2: PERFORMANCE OF THE BENEFIT

An order of passage will be fixed and communicated a few days before the Indian Masala Weekend.
Each participant agrees to arrive 1 hour before the start of the activity, so at 18:30, and send the music in advance to Tala & Nritya. Changing rooms are provided so that the artists can prepare themselves. Any delay must be communicated as soon as possible to the organizer by phone. In case of delay, we will have to cancel the passage of the participants if we can not do otherwise.

Article 5: DURATION AND NATURE OF THE ACTIVITY

Each passage must last maximum 5 minutes.

Each passage must be dance and related to India or Indian dance: Indian classical or folk dances, fusions, etc.

Article 6: LIABILITY

Pianofabriek ensures that the venue for the open stage has all the security features to accommodate the desired number of people, as well as the technical equipment needed to broadcast music. Each participant assures a respectful attitude towards the organizer and the other participants of the open stage. S.he also agrees to respect the material provided by the organizer (sound, dance equipment, etc.) and to ensure the cleanliness of the changing rooms. In the event of total or partial destruction of this one, the participant guarantees personally the full refund of the expenses of repair or replacement of the material. Each participant undertakes to inform the organizer in advance of any medical problem. If it is not a member of Tala & Nritya asbl, the participant is responsible for his own insurance; Tala & Nritya and Pianofabriek disclaim all liability for personal injury, unless this is directly caused by the organizer or a member of the association. Each participant takes care of his/her belongings; Tala & Nritya and Pianofabriek are not responsible for any theft or damage to the participant's equipment.

Article 7: RIGHT TO IMAGE

By registering at the open stage, each participant or legal representative of participants under 18 years of age authorizes Tala & Nritya, Pianofabriek and Indian Confluence to take photos and videos during the open stage as part of the promotion. and the dissemination of their activities: website of these organizations / the visiting professor - on any social network - flyers / posters - in interested media such as television, web TV, documentaries, etc. Tala & Nritya, Pianofabriek and Indian Confluence undertake that the image of each participant broadcast is non-commercial and does not harm the reputation of the participant.

Article 8: MISCELLANEOUS

The organizer of the open stage has the right to refuse without justification access to the stage to a person if it violates the respect established by the organizer. In this case, the participant can not claim reimbursement of the participation at the activity.
By entering the open stage, each participant authorizes Tala & Nritya to add their personal data in their database in order to inform the participant of the future activities of the association. unless the participant objects to it. The personal data of the participants are not communicated to third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link at the end of each newsletter. Your data is never transmitted to third parties.
A certificate of participation / invoice issued after the workshop can be requested upon request by e-mail to the workshop organizer.
